Safety & Bans

No service can guarantee safety from publisher enforcement. We use best-effort safety practices and require professional play only, but risk can never be eliminated.
Yes, there is always a risk because enforcement is controlled by the publisher. We do not use cheats or scripts, and we focus on best-effort practices to reduce risk.

Boosting Process

After you purchase a boost, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard where you can track your order status and chat with your booster. In most cases, a booster picks up the order quickly, but timing depends on availability.
To avoid conflicts and delays, coordinate with your booster before playing ranked while an order is active.
We provide a secure, private chat system directly in your order dashboard. You can discuss champions, roles, or scheduling directly with your assigned booster.
Yes! During the order configuration, you can select specific champions and roles you want the booster to play. This helps make the boost look more natural on your match history.
Some services may include privacy-focused options designed to reduce visibility to others. Availability depends on the service type.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available depending on your device and region.
Yes. We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Prices are shown in the platform currency (USD by default). Your bank or payment provider may automatically convert your local currency at the current exchange rate.
No. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery Times

Many orders are started quickly, but timing depends on booster availability and region.
On average, a booster can complete roughly 1 division per day in lower ELOs (Iron to Emerald). In higher ELOs (Diamond+), it may take slightly longer depending on LP gains and match difficulty.
If your order isn’t progressing as expected, contact support. We can typically reassign your order to another booster.
Availability varies by region and time. You can place orders any day, and we’ll match you with an available booster.

Duo vs Solo

Duo Queue means you play alongside your booster. Other service modes may be performed differently depending on the product configuration. Duo Queue is often preferred for users who want to stay actively involved.
Duo Queue can cost more because it may require more time and coordination.
While we have extremely high win rates, Duo Boosting (like all LoL games) cannot guarantee a 100% win rate due to team variables. However, our boosters are top-tier players who will maximize your chances of winning.
Voice chat is available as an optional add-on for Duo Boost orders. It's a great way to learn from a high-ELO player while you climb.

Refunds

Our standard remedy is reassignment or Credits when appropriate. Refunds are provided when required by law. Contact support with your order ID.
If you are unhappy with your booster's performance or attitude, contact support immediately. We can switch your booster instantly at no extra cost.
If a refund is issued, timing depends on the payment provider and your bank. Support can confirm the status for your order.

Boosters

Our boosters are vetted Master, Grandmaster, and Challenger players. They go through a rigorous screening process including identity verification and test games before they can accept orders.
Yes, if you have a favorite booster from a previous order, you can request them specifically. Alternatively, you can browse top-rated boosters and request one for your order.
Professionalism is a core requirement. Our boosters are trained to be polite, efficient, and discreet. Toxic behavior is not tolerated and leads to immediate termination.

Ranked Wins Mechanics

For Net Wins orders, a loss counts as -1 win. For example, if you buy 3 wins and the booster loses 1 game, they must win 4 games total to achieve the +3 net positive wins.
If your account has very low MMR (gaining <15 LP), we may need to convert your order to Per Win or Duo games, or adjust the price, as it takes significantly more games to rank up.
Yes, wins during a promotion series count towards the total number of wins purchased.

MMR & LP Logic

Bad MMR makes climbing harder. If you gain fewer than 16-17 LP per win, we consider it 'Low MMR'. We can still boost you, but there might be a surcharge or we might recommend a 'Per Win' boost instead of 'Division Boosting'.
Winning consistently can improve MMR over time, but outcomes vary and depend on many factors outside our control.
If you skip a division (e.g., Gold 4 to Gold 2), congratulations! The order is considered completed for that specific division step.
